RE: 7/2 new coupon posted was against the guidelines

I’m surprised there aren’t any coupons out for birthday month, except for one that was the same as the one at the end of last month. Sure, there are some good deals…but you’d get more customers buying things during this celebration if you had a coupon or two out there. It’s just as aggravating as the Spin2Win game advertising that there is a chance to win a $25 gift card…but I haven’t seen the spots on there yet for the gift card. Only the 500 and 1000 tickets…and no one has really been of any help when I try to let someone at HSN know so I could see why it’s not showing up for me.
HSN why was this coupon xxxed out? I fully disclosed the terms starting with for select customers only meaning customer specific per Community guidelines and per a message from HSN_Kim on the COUPON CRACKDOWN thread saying it was fine to post coupons as long as they comply with the guidelines and disclose the terms and restrictions. Of course it’s non transferable it says it right there in the terms I posted. What did I do wrong? Is it not ok to share a reminder for those who are select customers to use their coupon?
It is not my intention to cause any trouble, disregard the guidelines nor compromise it’s integrity.
