Problem with wrong order Ring Doorbell Today's Special from last week
Can’t blame Ring apparently for this up. I ordered online the Today’s Special Value last week with 2 Ring Doorbells, wifi extender, 1080 video for $179. Ordered it right after Adam started chatting it up. Today, I received the 1 Ring Doorbell, no wifi extender, and a 720 video for $125 delivered. What! Chatted with Customer Service and they say I ordered the wrong one. How on earth I could have clicked the Today’s Special Value button and ordered the wrong one. Not Cool!
@nwspirit55 I would suggest you post this on the Customer Service thread. Often times the CS people here on the forums are more helpful than the ones you chat with. If you get this message while you can still edit your post, you can just change the forum on the post.
