NOT SO GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I’M SO UPSET. JUST HANG UP THE PHONE WITH HSN REP. KATHLEEN.

I CALLED FOR PRICE ADJUSTMENT, AS I HAVE A FEW THINGS FROM JOY AND IMAN THAT I RECEIVED ALREADY AND OR ON WAIT LIST. SO, HSN IS NOT DOING PRICE ADJUSTMENT FOR SHIPPING. SO I HAVE LOST CLOSE TO $30 JUST ON SHIPPING AS I PAID FOR IT, BUT NOW IT’S FREE SHIPPING. I HAVE BEEN WITH HSN FOR YEARS, LIKE MANY OF US. BUT I THINK IT’S TIME FOR ME TO SAY GOODBY. WITH MY FRIENDS AND CO WORKERS WHO I HAVE INTRODUCED TO HSN BACK IN THE OLD DAYS. WELL, NOW MY GLASS JUST GOT FULL WITH THE SERVICE. OH, I FORGOT APRIL IS “CUSTOMER APPRECIATION MONTH” , REALLY, THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO SHOW.

I absolutely agree! I purchased 3 items on Friday and Saturday they do free shipping. I chatted CS and was told that since I was a seasoned customer I should know they can’t credit me. LESS than 24 hrs later and I am out 10.50. I wasn’t even offered a credit!

So my being a customer for 30 YEARS means NOTHING and I SHOULD know they won’t value my business.t Guess there is a good supply of new customers. Us long time customers can just step off right??

I’m with you, there is NO customer appreciation. Evine is looking better and better! I also know CS attitude late is simply a *kiss my * solution.

SOOOOOOOO very disappointed. I would ask for a call but I know they will just give me the same BS.
