Not Receiving Today’s Special value through email
I’m not sure what is wrong. I’ve called about this problem. I’ve ordered and placed orders. The Order Details, I do receive through email. I miss receiving the Today’s Special. Also, I’ve looked at spam page and HSN is not there.
I feel out of the loop. I’ve been a customer for many years.
Have anyone else experienced this issue? Have you been able to correct? And how?
Check your HSN email preference settings, they might have been changed. I was receiving emails every day for a long time, and recently all of them stopped. When I checked a couple days ago, I had been unsubscribed from all of them. I don’t know how that happened, but I resubscribed and I’m still waiting for an HSN email. I think they can take a few days to restart.
