Not getting any help from CS Need Help
I’ve kinda had it. Sorry to post this in Todays Special & Coupons but
I’ve asked for help in the CS Help forum and then thru PM’s to the mod’s…no reponse.
Here’s what I wrote in a PM
I haven’t had a problem w my avatar, just typing and smiling and posting. Since the Community only works on my iPhone right now, I cannot reply to comments, but I can post new ones. I can’t see my Community alerts either, like who smiled or who responded or mentioned me. It’s annoying, but I just get on here when I’m bored. Then I get bored after participating for awhile and disappear. I know they r working on the technical difficulties, so maybe I’ll still b here when they get fixed, or maybe I won’t. Hope everyone has a great day!
I heard from CS but what he told me to do didn’t fix the image issue. Oh my. Well, who would have thunk an image would become so elusive? :robotfrustrated:
HSN Kim you should apprise the folk in “Help Customer Service” as there were quite a few others who had this problem with their avatars. If it’s fixed, shouldn’t you let them know?

, I’m very sorry to see this. Please know that we report the concerns that members share with us in an attempt to get them corrected. Sometimes they are quick fixes and sometimes it may take a while to figure out the problem and successfully correct it. I’m able to see your profile picture today and I know the other concerns mentioned have been reported to the correct departments.
