A few months ago I purchased a ceramic watch from the Adrienned Arpell jewelry collection. I have worn it a few times and a crystal on the face of the watch fell out. I cannot wear it because it really shows. Now I am concerned if I purchase any of the other jewelry offered (except Heidi Daus) that the same thing will happen and I will be stuck with that purchase of jewelry too. So what I am going to do is not purchase any other jewelry from
HSN. Just saying..
HI PATT:smileyhappy: HAPPEN(S) TO ME ALSO! :womanfrustrated: I’VE ACTUALLY USED ‘NAIL GEMS’ TO REPLACE. shhhhh, :womanlol: FRUSTRATING I KNOW. ONLY PIECES OTHER THAN HEIDI DAUS THAT HAVE NO MISSING STONES ARE STAINLESS PIECES. OH, AND NEVER HAD ANY MISSING W/JOAN BOYCE EITHER–LUV HER JEWELRY LINE TOO!!! OWN LOTS! SAME W/HER SHOES! SUGG: MAYBE ‘VENDORS’ CAN ADD EXTRA ‘CRYSTALS’ JUST IN CASE….LIKE THEY DO FOR APPAREL. JUST SAYING…..:womanwink::heart: =)
It is very inexpensive to have it replaced locally..I have done this with a couple of items..Regardless of what we pay for an item stones can come loose especially when they are just glued in.I try to only buy jewerly set with prongs but some things are just very pretty and I want then so I buy.If you have the stone that is great and if not it can be matched in most instances very easily.
I’m sorry a stone fell out of the watch setting. I have heard a stone can go missing on the rare occasion. Sadly, it is past the 30 HSN day return and it’s not under a manufacturer’s warranty. The better news is that a local or mall jeweler can easily and inexpensively replace the crystal so your watch will sparkle beautifully again. I hope this information is helpful and hopeful.
