Miracle Mops defective – HSN Managers please take note!
I was excited to receive Joy’s miracle mop. In fact I bought 2 – one for my daughter and one for me. Mine is white , DD’s is purple. I also bought the buckets. My daughter’s purple mop works exactly as described and she loves it. My white one ? It’s impossible to wring. I watched the video presentation, read the online directions that HSN posted – it would take Hulk Hogan to make the thing twist and telecope like it’s supposed to. It has to be manufactured wrong. It would take only a slight mistake on the measurements to keep them from fitting together in a way that works.
HSN – have you looked at the reviews? There are over 1,000 ONE star reviews and only 200 FIVE star reviews. This alone should tell you something. We’re not all doing it wrong – there is a problem in China or wherever these things were manufactured.
I will be returning mine and I sure hope I’m not charged shipping. I buy frequently from HSN and don’t return much, However you need to acknowledge there’s a problem with these mops. They sure aren’t the mop that made Joy famous. If she sold these originally NO ONE would have ever heard of her. BTW – I love her pillow, hangers and those sheets with the attached dust ruffle so I’m not a chronic complainer. It’s just time for HSN to ‘fess up and admit there’s a problem,
