I have been trying to get an email from hsn since the 4th of the month. for some reason, i’m not getting anymore. been calling them about it and they said they would work on it, but nothing. i miss the TS emails and stuff.

I just asked if there is a way to check if I recieved or used the 15% email sign up promo.
I do get email notifications on orders, returns, and shipping status so I assume I would
be able to recieve all other HSN communications.
I have noticed that I used to get a Today’s Special email alert and haven’t gotton one

If I’m getting notices on orders, shipping, and returns
wouldn’t all other notices come from the same source?
I am responding about not receiving the Today Special emails alerts,
favorite and coupons notifications!!
I rec’d daily Today’s Specials emails up until April 23, 2015 and then noticed my alerts,
favorites and coupons was not being sent to me.
I called customer service several times about the issue. I also placed the issue on forum and realize that other members where having the same issue of not receiving Today Special emails.
I reviewed what update’s Forum managers responses was that IT department was working on resolving the problems!
ON AUGUST 30, 2015 I finally receive a email TODAY SPECIAL for Bell & Howell Torchlight set
and rec’d favorite list !!
I was happy and thought that the problem was fixed. Well that was not the case because the next night I received that same TS email from August 30, and sent again to me on the August 31, September 1, September 2, ans September 3.
I’m asking again! Please, Help resolve this issue?
I have called several times and recieved different answers from customer service, I understand that the rewards center for the Arcade is different from customer service and they do not know anything about the arcade, but– no "number" customer service gives me or "email" they just gave me gets me through to them and I want to spend the $25 card I won while playing the games and there is no one to tell me how to do that !! Also I have racked up quite a score by playing—PLEASE someone tell me what I can do ???
HAS HSN’s IT department checked to see if their attempt to send out emails is being blacklisted by Yahoo and Gmail? I recently had an incident that thwarted attempts by Ancestry** to reach me (even though I am a PAID subscriber) by blacklisting by Yahoo. The security issues at both Google (gmail) and Yahoo (persons with a gmail or yahoo accounts) are getting thrown out or blocked entirely, instead of getting directed into the SPAM folders.
You might check with your email provider (such as Verizon, Mediacom, Comcast, etc.) to see if their filters are blocking your incoming email too.

Dear Kim, I understand your confusion with my winning ticket, the game I always play is the Spin to Win game –no time for more games so I stick with it. No I did not get it from a rewards store I entered into, have never done that!
It came up on my screen while ending the game of SPIN TO WIN…I have been trying to find out about this for soooo long I do not remember the date. just about 4 weeks ago maybe the end of July or in Aug. Maybe my first commitment to follow through with this was a mistake, there seems to be way to much confusion at HSN !
