I am so bummed about this
I have been shopping with HSN for a long time throught the years I had some bad experience with my purchases from them but what happened today was beyond strange and a first to me,I had ordered the Joy and Iman todays special the best friend satchel in tan and rose quartz which was sold out in 5 minutes but I was able to get well I though at the time and the matching wallet,so I was checking on my order and everyday it would only show me the same thing in transit ,i ordered those items back on May 1st and today to my surprise it showed on my order status that items were returned back to HSN now how can I return them when I havent even received them at first when I saw that I panicked I thought maybe someone hacked into my account and started ordering and cancelling things , I called hsn but they dont really have a good explanation on this their excuse was that sometimes this happens because of invalid adress well I have had this adress for a long time and I have had many deliveries here before,I was able to reorder the items I had purchased except fot the one that was sold out of course and now I cant have it and theres nothing I can do about that,other than being inconvienced and annoyed and calling everybody back and forth trying to find my order which apparently vanished,I though that was beyond weird and strange and i though I had to share with everybody,this was a bad experience and I sure hope it wont happen again,it makes no sence and I dont think HSN really cares about what happens to people’s purchases and whether they will get them or not.
Hi ellada, I don’t blame you for being bummed about not receiving your bags yet especially the rose quartz that’s sold out. Hopefully a manager will be along soon who will be able to give you more information about what happened and why they show as returned. If not, you might want to repost this on a Customer Service thread. I sure hope this never, ever happens again!
well Hsn told me to call the post office and I did and they told me its not coming from them ,it looks lki its ups so you need to call them and I did i called ups and UPS told me to call HSN ,according to UPS it never even left ,they never shipped it to me,thats why I am saying its weird and frustrating and overall not the right thing to happen to customers.

In transit has happened to me when the driver could not find my house. It seems that I picked it up and moved it before the driver came by my street. :womanlol:
Several days later, it showed as being returned to HSN.
I am so sorry this happened to you. It sounds so crazy, I would be wondering what happened.
I think what Sweatheart Pines posted sounds as if it might be what happened.
That is a bummer, but it sounds like the carrier’s error, rather than HSN’s ( unless I’m confused, which has happened before).
