hsn.com been down for more than 1 hour when trying to process an order
I have been trying to process an order on hsn.com for more than 1 hour.
Keep getting this error over and over.
The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server.
Tried on 3 different PC’s and on my ipad. I talked with agent Nakita who said lots of people are having this issue and hsn is aware. That it was nothing she could do and disconnected. I’m very upset since I’m always ordering stuff on hsn.
And very upset that now the item is not stamped "sold out" on TV when it’s in my shopping bag and I can’t complete the order.
