I love HSN but one thing I find frustrating is when I view an item online and go to place an order, it will then say it has been sold out even though the item is still showing as available. I understand the system has to update, but I have seen it take more than 30 minutes to update. This happened most recently with the Today’s Special for towels. Very disappointing to say the least! :smileysad:
Yes has happened to me also. Makes me say "Well that will teach me to not make up my mind quicker"! But do I make up my mind quicker???? Well Sometimes LOL.
Hi ilovealldogs–I FEEL YOUR FRUSTRATION! :womanfrustrated: I’ve had happen to me a few times over the yrs! And it’s worse when you ‘finally’ make the descision to do it (order/buy) and you ‘think’ you’re gonna get it…AND BAM! NOT QUITE! :womanmad: BUMMER-LET DOWN for sure. Sorry, you had that experience! For what it’s worth-I’ve had it happen a few yrs ago w/item that was SOLD OUT-BUT left online as available for OVER A YEAR!!! After being EXCITED to get it-like it came back in stock-ONLY TO BE CRUSHED-3 time!, THAT’S THREE DIFFERENT TIMES!!!, lol! Yeah, I can laugh about it now, BUT WASN’T SO FUNNY THEN!!! AND I WASN’T THE ONLY ONE IT HAPPENED TO EITHER! Oh well, hopefully will NEVER happen again…to either of us! :womanhappy: Afterthought: if happens again…try calling in the order…it’s worked for me B4!
