Flex pay issues
Yesterday I placed orders for 4 TS and was just told that I was turned down for FLEX PAY!! I have had this happen before. When I called I was told I could make one payment to cover them all BUT the red was sold out and I could choose a different color to replace that one. That would not be a problem I could pay for them in CASH right now just don’t want to.
They say they can’t tell me why…well I already know. They run a credit check on you when you buy something. In my case I have my credit frozen due to multiple thefts of information (Home Depot, federal government Office of personnel management, etc) so they get nothing back when they try.
HSN this is goodbye! I’ll do my shopping locally or on QVC where I have never had a problem.
, I’m sorry to see that your order was not able to be processed on FlexPay. Please know this doesn’t mean you won’t be eligible for future FlexPay orders. You should receive a letter in the mail with more information about the order in 7-10 days.
squeegy63, I know when I order online I have to order each item separetely and then request flexpay, I can’t order mulitiples of the item at one time and get flex pay. Perhaps the customer representative on the phone did not now this. I have had to elevate things to a superervisor ocassionally to get a problem corrected. The running of the credit check everytime you buy something is not true. I’m sorry that happened to you.
? when I order multiple pairs of something and want to use flex pay I do it one at a time.
And I do not believe HSN does a credit check on every purchase you make as ? says.
Sorry you had trouble with the order but don’t give up on purchasing from HSN because of that one experience.:smileyhappy:
