Hm. I can’t recall receiving a coupon ever .Yet I posted here about a cs issue last month, and I got a coupon in the mail. I suppose you have to let them know how important you are to them.
Okay, I am probably going to make a very big list of enemies with this post but I have to say it.
I never received coupons from HSN when I first started buying 20 years ago. I didn’t buy much, but what I did buy was always a good value and I get the easy pays without having to pay interest on the items I am buying. I kind of feel that the hand being extended to me so that I can enjoy expensive items is kind and giving, and it makes it affordable for me.
I am not going to complain about coupons because they come and go, I don’t think I would ever depend on them to make purchases. I only purchase what I can truly use, I am picky about what I buy and usually watch the presentation for months long before I decide yay or nay on an item. I often don’t buy because I realize that although a specific item is really nice, I might not use it much so it isn’t worth buying for me.
I thank HSN for allowing easy pays, and making returns easy, such as in today and the Minnetonka sandals I returned for a couple of reasons. The rep was gracious and very nice to me. There isn’t much more I can say about HSN customer service and if a coupon comes my way once in a while I might make use of it. I have let at least one go before too, because I didn’t need it.
I don’t want to make enemies, but I think being thankful for what is provided by HSN and the willingness to allow a return if you are not satisfied is top notch. They paid return shipping too, so what more could I ask of them? :womanhappy:
These kinds of moves by HSN is why my purchasing has slowed radically. HSN management needs a lesson in best practices and customer retention.

Oh my! Thanks to all of you for your kind and encouraging words. :heart: I’m not leaving but I sure did get really mad because even the website’s name I posted so everyone could go look for themselves was deleted. Mind you the website’s name IS on HSN’s facebook page which has a link. This isn’t someone else writing on HSN’s facebook page it’s part of the HSN likes!
I will keep trying and if there are a bunch of xxxxxxx’s you’ll know what happened!

How about Today’s Special & Deals?
It was very generous of you to take your time to post the coupon. It is one of my biggest pet peeves that companies bury you in coupons to get you to be a customer. Then when you become a customer they give you nothing. This seems totally back A**wards to me. You would think a business would care enough about keeping their loyal customers – like me and I’m assuming you too. XXXXing out your post was telling all of us that HSN really doesn’t care about it’s loyal customers. It actually makes me angry they did that. They will give me a coupon to become a member. They will give me another one to open up their credit card. But once I’ve done that all the years I’ve been shopping with HSN – I have never had a coupon and I’ve been shopping for a very long time and I’ve spent a whole lot of money. I think you are great for the post – I think HSN should be ashamed of themselves for taking it down. So There HSN!!!! Get a grip – value your loyal customers a little better. You should be posting coupons – not waiting for your customers to do it and then take it down.
From what I can gather the coupons say right on them that the codes cannot be shared.

Please don’t go, people like you help the community save money:heart::smileyhappy:! We love you and we will miss your effort in saving US dollars!! I miss out on deals at times but I always try to look at what the community is saying on deals! And I know you have helped me before.:heart:
