Bose Sound Wave with Blue Tooth Adapter
If I buy the TS and the blue tooth adapter ($100), can I pretty much accomplish the same features as the wifi model? I am not a techy person and I am confused about the two. I want to be able to hook up my iPhone and play my playlists from Spotify or iTunes. Can I do this with the adapter or do I need the wifi model?
I know there are friends out there who can explain the difference, help!
Sophia is right. As long as you connect your phone with Bluetooth, anything you play on your phone will come out over the external speaker…no matter through an app or from music that is directly on your phone.
The bluetooth adaptor is what you need to play music from your phone.
They are not quite the same. The bluetooth connects you directly to your phone, and I know it plays music you have on your phones memory card. Beyond that I don’t, know, as I don’t have Itunes. If when you purchase your itunes music, if it is stored on your phone (or tablet or computer or any other bluetooth enabled device). You should only need the bluetooth adaptor (it is what I went with and was happy to see it offered). You have to be within 30 feet of the adaptor.
With the WI-FI, it will not communicate directly with your phone computer or tablet, it will use your home wireless router.
I sure hope I am being clear and helpful. 🙂
