I had this same exact coupon code appear. (173953) in my account on Aug 1st with the same exact terms as you (LoveRespectPeace) posted. I went to use it today and now it says it only applies to 20% off Andrew Lessman?!? VERY WEIRD.
I called customer service and they now only show that code valid for Andrew Lessman as well.
Can you check your account and go to tthe coupon terms iand see if yours shows Andrew Lessman now as well?

This just how seems wrong for them to retroactively change it after they already distributed it and posted terms.
It creates an air of mistrust now towards HSN. In the future, do I need to take screenshots of any other coupons because they might change them in the future?
I really think they need to honor what they gave us originally.

I’ve never posted here before but when I read your post I said, “Wow, that is exactly what happened to me” re: the 20% coupon. I kept making orders of different items etc. and tried it every which way so I called about it and after some research I was told it was for AL supplements. NOWHERE on my coupon does it specify that (just didn’t want you to think you were the only one out there). 😉 I took a snapshot of it too. However if you open it (today), now – Andrew Lessman’s name has miraculously appeared.
