A bit insulting – reference to coupon fiasco
Went to the ‘order status’ page and BAM here is the same promotion! Why would HSN put this on my individual page and still insist for ‘select customers’ ? Hope this will be a topic at the next marketing meeting…

I am guessing that HSN is choosing to ignore these posts about the coupon because it still comes up on my page and I am signed in to my account. So I guess I am not a select customer even though the coupon code is showing on my page. Should I feel insulted, probably.
I also tried and it didn’t work for me either!
I did not know this has been an issue!
Why does it say Just for you on my order history
if this is for a first time customer per this post but not
when you hit details of coupon! Also if this is for
select customers then who are they and what makes them
select? HSN I think you should make good on this coupon!

I literally just logged on to ask about this! Keep seeing that “Just for you!” $15 off coupon notice all over the place. Tried to use it on an order and apparently it is “Just for someone who is NOT me.” Such a bummer! Why post it all over the place if not all of us can use it? :womanfrustrated:
Affair, I ‘TOTALLY AGREE’ with you. Yes, other’s may interpret ‘select customers’ as a discouragement to them. An individual thinks: “Am I a select customer? and if NOT….WHY?????” You really have a “POINT HERE!”

Don’t know what’s going on around here.
It’s on mine too. Not sure if I’m actually selected though. Even during Customer Appreciation Month, only some customers were selected to be appreciated with a coupon.
i hope someone figures this out. usually, hsn ladies and hsn are very good about bringing coupon codes to everyone’s attention. if it is advertised, it should be honored. that would be the correct thing to do. especially if you are on a budget, every little bit helps. oh, sigh.. xoxo
