YBF IIIuminating Creme has too much sparkle in it. Who likes it
I do like YBF and Stacey seems really nice but doesn’t she know how sparkly her IIIuminating Creme is. I bought it a while ago and sent it back because of too much glitter. Stacey, if your reading this post, please take out the glitter!! It was so nice and smooth and I really liked it but the sparkles have to go. You can see it all over the face. Maybe good for younger girls but for older woman over 40, it’s just too much. So who likes it?
I like it and I’m over 60. I don’t think it’s too sparkly. If it is you might be using too much. Like ?, I use it sparingly. I touch my ring finger very very lightly to the cream, then very very lightly like a feather tap/blend along the length of my cheekbone.
I use the Illuminating Creme and I like it but I use it sparingly. I dub just a bit on hte cheekbone and blend out. I will admit my boyfriend rubbed it in once in sunlight and said “there’s something sparkly on your face”. I do agree that sheen compared to sparkle is better for mature skin. Most big, high-end brands are going for sheen in highlighters I’ve noticed.
I think it is OK if you are going out to a dark restaurant or nightclub. But for daily use? Nope, too sparkly. I had to send back the yellow powder and stick because that yellow stuff accentuated all my wrinkles and made my skin look dry. Aged me by 15 years!
? I say no to sparkles and yes to sheen. Sparkles make my skin look old, and I’m not even old! I have not found the perfect highlighter yet. On another post, someone mentioned that they love SCA Candlelight.
