I just opened my package I had ordered the two faced semi sweet palette to my surprise the palette was all shattered I’m very upset about this. What can I do about this issue

All you have to do is let them know what happened and they will send you a replacement.
I’m so sorry this happened. Call Customer Service, they will replace it for you. If they want you to ship it back, they will pay the shipping costs.
