Too many skin care/makeup products
Does everyone throw away their purchases after trying for some time and not seeing any changes? Or do you just stash them away in a drawer? I have trouble just throwing stuff away but most stuff does not make a major change. I think being 69…nothing changes really…my expectations are my problem.
I am focused on SCA and Elysee right now trying to give enough time to see if there is even a small change in my skin.
I stopped using skin care products years ago. They really didn’t make any difference to my skin, and my skin still looks good. As already mentioned it’s genes and keeping out of the sun for long periods of time. I use moisturizer when my skin gets really dry, but not that often. My skin at 57 is not wrinkled just the occasional blotchiness breakout. My mother and grandmother also had plumpish skin on their faces.
I suggest you stick strictly with Elysee. Even at 69 you will see noticeable changes. I am 65 and I love this line and I have used many, many others, including many much more expensive. For me, Elysee provides the best results.
Agree. good genes + Less Exposure to Sun (sunscreen) + lots of water +moisturization + wine (ha!) = good skin 🙂
I really don’t expect to see many changes and use my products to the end of the jar. Maybe if I didn’t use them I would see a negative change.
That is me – it is so easy to buy but then I never seem to use the stuff. I have boxes that have never been opened. And I can’t seem to throw the stuff away.
The only product I use and I have used for many years is Chantal Ethocyn vials. But I have no trouble buying every other skin care line that comes down the pike.
And that’s one of the few that really can make a big difference. Sure wish HSN still carried it.
I really think your GENES have more to say about your skin.
All these skin care products just help a little.
There’s no miracles out there.
Procedures seem to be the new norm.
I won’t be trying that,I’m aging gracefully.
I’d rather spend the money on family vacations.
I’ll try something once, use it and move on if I don’t like it.
