Too Faced Love Flush 16-Hour Blush FLEX PAYS : Shafted by HSN Again!
Wednesday, Dec 14-2016… I bought this Blush, in the ‘Justify My Love’ colour, last Friday, Dec 9th. I paid full-Price, $26-bucks, got Free Shipping, and 3-FlexPays… the most offered without using an HSN Card.
So, why is it offered, today, for 4-FlexPays without using an HSN Card? WHY, WHY, WHY are those of us LOYAL to this Brand, who actually WATCHED the show and BOUGHT the product, PENALIZED with fewer FlexPays offered than those who didn’t watch and didn’t buy but who got more FlexPays five days later? WHY!?!
This isn’t the first time I’ve been FlexPay-shafted like this either. As far as I’m concerned, this disgusting Practice is right up with HSN’s ‘Coupons for Select Customers Only’-business. If anything, those of us who ‘Watched & Bought’ should be rewarded with MORE FlexPays while those who didn’t should get less.
While I’m not one to quibble over a couple-of-bucks, I can’t help feeling like a schmuck whenever this happens. It leaves me with that ‘FU’ attitude towards HSN and has me promptly taking my shopping-dollars over to Evine or the Q… both of which, I might add, DO NOT engage in this kind of practice.
As to the Blush itself, it’s absolutely lovely! It’s very Saturated, so, a little goes a long way. The Compact is Mirrored, very Thin, and very Light, thus, perfect for carrying in one’s purse. I used it for the first time yesterday at 10-am, ran around town that afternoon with my husband, went to dinner at 7-pm, got home at 9-pm, and it was still ‘there’ looking as beautiful as when I put it on that morning. So, yeah, I’m sold on it! *lol*
errr…it seems that you are one to quibble over a couple of dollars. You are complaining that you didn’t get an extra flexplay on a $26 item? lol
Fairmaiden, sorry you are left with that taken feeling. Not cool HSN.
Do you think calling HSN or chatting, and requesting the extra flex pay might work?
When you buy groceries or a new dress at the mall and it goes on sale the nest week do you feel the same? Send it back and rebuy if it is the big of a deal. Prromotions are what they are. Wait for your favorites to have this best deal ever, that’s what makes you a “shopper” complaining about a product you love sounds not so good. Buyer beware. Be happy this season is stressful anyway. I am happy you looked beautiful all day that is a blessing not everyone has. Blessing to you this holiday season!
and , thank you for your compassionate words. Thank you for being such good friends. But, yes this was said to me and I was appalled. Felt like all the money I have spent since 1998 wasn’t enough. Strange! To me, being a loyal customer for 18yrs. I would of just given me the little percentage coupon. She said “that Customer Service couldn’t help me on this coupon and probably wouldn’t honor it.” By then, I just said, “Oh well…what ever.”
After the Lessman coupon fiasco , I know they will do what they want .
My last purchase was made on Dec 2nd .

, I totally agree with you on this topic. Totally unjustified. The other night I was placing an order and tried to use a coupon (that others have used) and the telephone rep tells me, “THIS COUPON IS FOR SELECT CUSTOMERS.” So, I ask her to explain what exactly this means. She proceeds to tell me, “It’s for customers who spend a lot of money. I mean a lot of money, like thousands.” Yes, I was appalled at her comment. Guess all my money over 18 years is not good enough or not enough to be considered ‘SELECT CUSTOMER’. When I order it may not be thousands but I do buy regularly. Guess my money is not good enough for HSN. Really disappointed in all this bull-butter :womanfrustrated: that is going on. And yes, I do not think they treated you and your transaction unfair. They should offer flex pay and leave it alone and quit adjusting it. It’s the PRINCIPLE!!!
