SSC customer service makes it right😍
Just a shout out to Customer Service at SSC! Last week I had a concern about my order and Judy called me and explained the issue with my order. She was professional, polite and apologetic! Thank you for making your customers feel important and appreciated!
When ever I have had an issue with any product I always go straight to the vendor never back to HSN, QVC or any other shopping channel. I think you get the problem/issue solved alot faster and easier.
I like SSC products but their customer service really needs an overhaul…I’ve sent them two emails in the last three months and have yet to get a reply for either of them….
I ordered a kit from their website because they don’t come to Canada anymore and HSN won’t let me buy from them because they don’t accept international funds or something to that effect and anyhow SSC supposedly gives you points when you buy things but they have yet to add the points to my account that I was supposed to receive for my purchase….
What is the point of having a point system if they don’t use it?
In all these years I have had only one issue last year w/ SSC product. SSC CS (not HSN) were rock stars! I was very happy keep up good work serious skin care😊
