The most disingenuous person ever. After 10 years as a loyal customer when I lost my home in the camp fire 3 months ago I called skin to ask if they were willing to replace 1 of the years of items I bought. No. I’ll never buy another Skinn item. It’s all about money. I’ll turn the TV off.

How do they know you are telling the truth?They dont and to be honest here i cant believe someone would call a company and ask for free stuff because you lost it in a fire….thats what insurance is for. to replace what you lost..this post of yours is nonsense and yes he runs a business to make money so to say its all about the money is true of all businesses..I myself dont believe he is disingenuous at all and frankly i am glad they turned you down you sound very entitled!

I agree with Kaylalin. Find Dimitri’s Skinn HSN/or and facebook page. Where as she said all can see. If this was put to Dimitri himself I am sure he would replace some of your items. Can’t hurt to try.

First, I’m sorry to hear about your loss in the fire. Maybe, if you post your story on Dimitri’s/Skinn’s/HSN facebook page, where everyone can see it, they’ll replace some items. They used to be on facebook live, at times, during the shows on Evine. I know if I saw a post like that, I’d be chiming in for them to “Yeah, help this girl out, give her the Skinn she needs!’. I bet a lot of people would. Be a little harder for them to say no….just sayin’ is all. 🙂

First of all I am sorry about what happened to your home. What a loss. I can amaine you were upset. I just think companies are frequently getting requests for returns, free samples, etc…… I a sure most companies would not give anyone something for free even if they are good customers. I asked for a lip 6x balm. I spent thousands in 10 years hording it up from the sets on sale. Thrive Causemectics replaced my new mascara. I will be their customer until I die. I lost years of Skinn in the fire. No loss, I’m happy with my new company.
