Skin technology, devices, and procedures
What technology/procedure have u tried at home or at the esthetician/dermatologist/surgeon’s office? And what were your results?
I would love some feedback, but only if u r comfortable sharing. kemi 🙂
The most important thing for me Kemiqueen is to begin with a good canvase..
Exfoiliate. I know it is a nasty word and for some and there may be down time.
I use K. West 360 Exfoliator for the intire body. This allows all of the skin care products to work better.
I use the NuFace Mini. It works pretty well. However, one of the best products for your face is Ethocyn. It has been proven to restore skin elasticity to th skin of the face, and lessen fine lines and wrinkles. It is amazing; no I do not work for the comany.
HSN used to sell it a while back but no longer does. It has it’s own website. This is the best serum around. Ever. Ever. It works. Ms. Burnison who invented the product back in the 80s put millions into research for this product.
I can’t say enough about Ethocyn. It is fantastic.
I also use the Pure Rays.
I used an acid facial peel and ended up in the ER because of a bad reaction. My face was swelled so bad and I looked like Quasimoto. I prayed my skin would bounce back. It took a few weeks, but it did.
Does anyone use the Beauty Bioscience GloPRO? I have concerns regarding this device and am disappointed that info is being withheld.
I had a ‘consult’ twice for different items (Laser hair removal and asked about one of the facial procesures amongst the many available) with a local plastic surgeon several years back.
It was a major concern to me that a reputable Dr. didnt not perform any of the procedures, and charged such excessive amounts of money. It appeared to me to be a money making fest at ridiculously high prices. The staff didnt look like the quality I would expect and his so called nurse never entered the consult room. Yah, I will pay you thousands of dollars…. sure…. who’s kid am I putting through college?
I never did any of it and am glad now and when I think back to how the office staff were eying me, it was as though they were trying to figure out how high they could price the procedures.
My thought is if you find the correct qualified person who is there for the right reasonable price, then go for what works.
I am interested in the velashape, and other types of procedures that spot liquify the fat.
If I do them, well, time will tell, but most likely not.
My sister does Botox for migraines for over a year….she still has them and was in the hospital last week for two days doing infusion treatments:-(
I own a Kelly West microderm360 and like it alot. I have Tria lasers – one for hair removal (not very impressed) and one for wrinkles which I like. I have also bought 30% salicylic acid peel and done it at home with incredible results. The results were better than an Obagi Blue peel I had professionally done. I had medical botox done for 3 years for cronic migraines and got the side benefit of no wrinkles. Even after I stopped the botox (they were putting alot in me and I wanted to take a break) I had no lines for over a year. The one down side to the botox was I saw muscle and volume deterioration in my temples. I use mainly Obagi for skincare, with Skinmedica eye cream and Revision neck cream.
Is anybody buying the Pure Rayz by Baby Quasar that just aired?
Cool Sculpting is very popular in my area, as well as Laser Hair Removal. This sales girl keeps contacting me about signing up. I got into their system for showing interest on their website I think. I told her I was ill, and she left me alone for a little while. But then she contacted me again, so I just had to ask her to stop. I really can’t afford it right now, but u know me…always researching and looking into the next best thing. 😉
