SImply Straight Brush
has anyone tried the Simply Straight Stying Brush? MY grand daughter hates her curly hair and straightens it a lot. I worry the flattening iron is frying her hair. I am thinking about the brush but want to know if it works.
I recommend buying it in a store if you live near any. It’s sold just about everywhere, and easier to return to a store. I tried it and took it right back. I have thick curly hair. It didn’t go through my hair smoothly, and gave it that ugly obvious and unnatural straightened look. I hate my curls too, but everyone else loves them.
Rats! I ordered one. I wanted to try it out first, then get my daughter one if it worked. It hasn’t shipped yet.
Hi CHARLIEK! I tried one of these brushes and it didn’t do a thing for me. I do not have thick hair at all, it’s on the thin side, just past my shoulders and it get’s frizzy at the ends. I wanted this brush to just run thru my hair to keep the frizzies in check. The brush hardly went thru my hair at all, the bristles part was so thick my hair just slipped right above the bristles. I also burned my fingers on it as the sides were hot. I sent it back.
Hi , yes I tried the original one and unfortunately for me it was a bust. I have fine wavy hair. However, the brush does straighten the hair only it was a bit cumbersome in my opinion, but when my sister would assist me…actually turned out pretty good. It really depends on the hair type and texture and patience! One of my niece’s loves this brush and she has thick curly hair and she is a wizard with the Simply Straight. I would say give it a try and decide for yourself…you have 30 days to try it out. :womanvery-happy:
I would like to know too. No reviews on the one on sale. What’s the difference in that one and the Pro? Besides the price, is it worth it to buy the pro vs the standard? I have thick, wavy hair.
