Serious skin care changes order to an extended ship after order confirmation
Yesterday I ordered two auto ship products from serious skin care. I received a confirmation that I would receive them by 8/24. This morning I rec’d an email telling me the products are now on extended delivery and will be shipped or cancelled within 30 days. They were not on extended delivery when I ordered them. The custoner service rep said the inventory wasn’t rec’d in time…. But these two items were bundled at a special price at the end of the day yesterday… Hmmm maybe the auto ship orders were used to fill these bundled products? Of course no one will tell us that. Poor service and planning on serious skin care and hsn’s part. Not happy!
