Korres Wild Rose TS – early thoughts
401-135: I’m just curious what everyone thought of these products. I’ve only had it for a couple of days, but early impressions are that I really love the facial scrub/wash. And I *think* I like the night cream pretty well – nice results overnight, even if it seems to sit a bit heavy on the skin’s surface. The 24 hour cream…meh. Again, it seems quite heavy to me. Which is weird. Because it seems very light going on, but a couple hours in, it feels like I have a thick, tacky layer on my face and I’m jonesing to wash it off. Did the peel today – YOWZA!!! I know the whole point of a peel it to essentially remove the top layer of skin (not a painless endeavour) but still. I guess being more "natural" I was expecting it to be a bit more gentle. Not so – I’ll stick with my SSC A Skin Detailer.
On the bright side…I don’t detest the way it smells – which I really worried about, as usually I hate anything "Rose Scented" other than actual roses. LOL. I noticed on the insert that Korres is supposed to have a pomegranate skincare line which aids in pore reduction…think I’ll look into that one and hope for better results. :womanfrustrated:
I have not even opened mine. I will do that tonight and begin using it. Everything I have tried from Korres has worked so well for me, thus far. I do love the Greek Yoghurt Sleeping Facial. I will report back.
I bought the trial size kit last year and I saw absolutely no difference. So glad I didn’t waste my money on the full sizes.
Thanks so much for your post, Sean. I received samples of the Korres "Wild Rose Vitamin C Petal Peel", and I’ve been tempted to try it. But my skin is very sensitive and easily irritated, so I’m glad you posted your comments about it. I don’t think I could tolerate it. I dunno, I might try it on my lower legs. That or just toss it.
