Korres Twist "The Berries" Lipstick Trio
I’ve never had this probem at HSN before and was wondering if anyone else has. On September 3, I ordered the Korres Twist "The Berries" LipstickTrio. The extended the Delivery to 9/28. I called on the 29th and customer service said Korres has until 10/15 to fill/ship the order. Needless to say I’m very disappointed about this order and was wondering if anyone else ever had a situation like this to happen? This is a first for me. I’m assuming this will not arrive at my door. Thanks for letting me vent!

I haven’t had this experience, but check out the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule. I don’t know if you applied for credit (for example, the HSN card) at the time of the order (which affects the number of days), but you’ll find information online about the rule. The company is allowed a certain number of days (delay) beyond which the customer must agree to the delay or get a refund. An HSN manager will most likely come online here and reply to your post and check it out for you. If this doesn’t happen, you can call HSN Customer Service and speak to a supervisor about a cancellation/refund if you do not want to wait any longer for the item.
