Korres December Special Autoship Frustration
In December, I ordered the Korres Today’s Special in Fig, Basil Lemon and Bergamot Pear on autoship.
I was expecting an autoship shipment of the Fig on January 9, but after calling customer service I JUST FOUND OUT the FIG is SOLD OUT/ BACK ORDERED! (Yet, HSN took a flex payment.) How can this be? What is the point of autoship, if it is not available? I was planning to give it as a gift and now I have nothing. (In fact, I am losing ground, because I am minus one flex payment.) HSN didn’t even send a notice to let me know what was happening. GRRRRRRRR!
Needless to say, I am very frustrated!
[Also, I am also wondering about in the Lucky magazine subscription. I haven’t received anything. And I don’t need three subscriptions to one magazine.]
ecg1, I’m so sorry our partner was not able to complete your order and it has gone to backorder until 1/25. When this unexpected delay occurs we attempt to fulfill the order and will deposit $5 Spendable KA$h to your account if it cancels. I ordered a PRAI special on January 1st with an expected delivery date of 1/25/15. A flex payment was taken…and today I called and was told that Cathy from PRAI does not have the product to sell…so the product is backordered. I was also told that if my order does not ship by 1/25/15…that HSN will cancel my order. So this forces me to pay full price for the product if I still want it…I cannot even get a later delivery date…PRAI is not going out of business so product is being manufactured right now.
Yes…this is a PRAI autoship.
