How many hours of beauty sleep do you get each night
It’s called ‘beauty sleep’ for a reason! How many hours do you get each night? Share your sleep habits and join the conversation with Adrienne from Signature Club A May 21-22 to learn about a new capsule that address skin issues caused by a lack of sleep.
Hi Adrienne, I am lucky if I get 6 hours of beauty sleep a night. With our busy lifestyle including teenagers, I swear I sleep with one eye open. I ordered your new Sleep Deprivation Capsules last week before they aired. I trust you and the quality of your products. I set up auto ship, too. I really like your Hyaluronic 1000 Tube of Gold Volumizing Eye 958-393 for times when my lack of sleep catches up and shows around my eyes. Looking forward to trying your new capsules.
Hello Adrienne, Is your argan oil eye serum supposed to help with darkness? Because it seems to!! The only thing I wish is that it came with an eye dropper because it’s hard to get the right amount. The genie bottle is cute though. Thanks!
My sleep is very bizarre Adrienne.
I have a question though, what is the shelf life
of your products? I have found a cream that is over a year old, fine as to odor, but is it
as effective? Some question for capsules I found from over a year ago. It felt more
stiff on the outside, no odor on cream, but was it effective?
I have read all of your posts and want to thank you all for sharing your sleeping habits and in most cases, unfortunately, lack of a good night’s sleep. It was so nice that Sean Daly commented as well. Please keep the conversation going. It’s so nice that what we share, can help others..
A summary from mostly everyone’s comments so far is: Broken Sleep, Lack of Sleep due to medical issues, Awake because of thinking about the day’s stresses, Not Being a Good Sleeper, Our Children Waking Us and keeping us up and Getting Older which seems to be a factor for Getting Less Sleep,
Even noisy Neighbors Keeping us Up at night will do it! And…the Dreaded Emptying of our Bladders more than once per night is a very common issue for most women. There are many more reasons why we just can’t get enough sound sleep, but we don’t want to look as tired as we feel the next day!
We can also see from the many posts so far, that we Envy (not in a mean way) those that get Restful Sleep, Wish we could Sleep Better, Longer without interruptions. We just Want Better Sleep because we know it’s better for our skin, mind and bodies.
Because our skin doesn’t look rested when we don’t get good sleep, it shows on our face.
We look drier, our faces are more puffy, especially under the eyes. Our skin appears more dull, less soft and more wrinkled from the lack of a good night’s sleep. People will even say, “You look tired”! or ask, “Is everything ok”? Who wants to hear that?
That is exactly why I couldn’t wait to bring the New Sleep Deprivation Capsules to all of you!

I used to sleep about 6 hours a night but last June I had a surgery go terribly wrong and woke up with a permanently damaged spinal cord, partially paralyzed in my right leg and foot, foot drop and RSD nerve damage in the right leg and foot that has my nerves on fire 24/7. My foot especially feels like it is being crushed, while burning on a grill, sizzling and I can not remove it – so sleep is one of my biggest challenges and at most I sleep now 2-3 hours a night broken up every 20 minutes or so because I can not sleep though the pain. I have tried everything including 8 treatment surgeries, implanting a spinal cord stimulator, supplements, topical treatments, essential oils, heat, cold, physical therapy…but no relief yet. I absolutely see the damage to my skin and when I am awake at 3 a.m, I am often putting more products on my skin trying to keep the damage in check. I have worked my way from a wheel chair, to a walker, to a cane walking limited amounts each day –You never realize how you take so many things for granted like walking, dancing with your partner, driving, sleeping until it is taken away overnight. I am very curious about the new Signature A capsules. I use their products and all their make up for 12 years now, and had always been told I look at least ten years younger (48 now) than my age. I now look older already struggling with a cane, so as vain as it sounds I would like to at least keep my skin in good shape.
Not sure who caught the World Launch of the New Sleep Deprivation Capsules last night around 10:30PM. It was so exciting!
You can see the video if you look at HSN.com, under Item 464-799.
Thank you all for loving them! I love when I can bring something to you that really works.

Sleep is a wonderful thing. I normally get 6 hours. My mind doesn’t seem to shut off.
I always do my best to keep to my hours of sleeping from 10 PM to 6 AM. As a result of a full 8 hours deep sleep, I always look and feel my best at the age of 57. It is absolutely the best health and beauty treatment!
Sleep????? What a peaceful word. A word I never became a fan of. Since childhood suffer with Insomnia. As I have gotten older in my adult years (59 now) it has definitely gotten worse. In an average night I would estimate I get 6-ish maybe 7 hours sleep…maybe. Always try to swing a cat-nap during the day. Never have been a good sleeper. My best friend goes to bed every night at 10. She always wakes up around 3:00 a.m. I have always envied those who sleep well. To tell the truth here….I do believe in my past life I was an owl…lol….:womanlol:
My Grandmother always said sleep was the most important. Let me just say I’m looking forward to getting these new capsules!
Wondering if this would be better before or after other products and/or make-up?
If I get 8, I can conquer the world (and I look prettier on television). Happens a couple times a week.
Alas, as the single dad to two nutty preteen daughters, I’m usually in the 5-6 hrs range.
That’s why we have Hair & Makeup Artists waiting for me in the HSN salon.
it varies. as everyone else has mentioned, it is never enough. what concerns me the most, however, is sticking to my personal night-time beauty regimen. i’m usually too tired to follow through with it all the time. this is a bad habit that i need to break. perhaps if i get more solid sleep, then i won’t be too tired to hold up my nightly regimen. one can only dream. oh, sigh.. xoxo
