Help with Beauty Community
I had been shopping with HSN for years, but have had a LONG hiatus from shopping here.
I never belonged to the BEAUTY community before, I’d like to join. Do I need a password different from my HSN password or do I need a username to participate? I’m very anxious to learn ans share with all of you, but I couldn’t find any information on getting stated. Thank you

HSN’S community forum is designed with different subject forums. To read and discuss beauty, click on the Beauty tab on the left of the screen. Your HSN Nickname and the same password are all you need to join in any of the conversations. The first page you see when entering the community is the main page listing all the recent threads with posts. When I post this comment, it will move this thread to the top of the main page. Think of it as a table of contents in a book. I am a self proclaimed Beauty Junkie and look forward to talking with you.
I was wondering if someone can help me. I recently purchased the Hampton Sun Sunless Tanning Mist. When I went to use it yesterday, I can’t get it to spray. My purchase included two cans, but neither one can spray. After removing the top of the can, there is that little clear plastic top which I guess you’re supposed to push down on to get it to spray, but in my case, neither one of them is working. Is this a “trick” cap or something? Has anyone else had this problem, or did I just manage to get two duds? I would so appreciate your comments. Thank you so much.
Sounds like you might have defective cans. I would post on the Customer Service thread and I am sure they will help you or send out replacements. You can call customer service. You should NOT have to pay return postage on a defective product.
