Has anyone ever received an order like this
Yes, I recently sent back Korres shower gel and lotion which was delivered damaged. What a mess! I called customer service and they said to sent it back. I received an exchange for a new set and it was fine. My experience has been that they’re very good about seeing that their customers are happy.
HSN takes care of their customers. They make things right. 🙂
Spendable cash? I RETURNED some shoes which cost 49.and some change, I ask for it to put into the spendable jar. 5 dollars was put in there? What happended to the rest of it? Did I get the price of the shoes wrong?
I believe the picture says it all. What I don’t see is why HSN wants her to send it back when it is clear that the bottle is not full. They should just replace it and tell her to keep the original shipment. You know the shipping cost is going to be passed on to the customers in one way or the other. Probably higher shipping fees because of the returns ……Ronnie
I have received a quick reply from HSN customer service and they are replacing my bottle! and I will not be chraged for the return of this one! HSN rocks! I am new to HSN and will continue to be a customer as I await my Joan Boyce order! Thank You HSN!
I have wrote hsn an email. Just wondering if I am responsible for the return fee?
