Elysee or Prai
Have been using ELysee for a breif time and it seems to work well but to getting the firming I need, been really thinking of trying Prai products (firming line) but unsure since I have sensitive skin. In fact I have tried other lines like Series Skin Care and have very bad results. Looking for people’s experance with PRAI??? Thanks
I have been using PRAI for the past several weeks and my husband said that he has noticed a difference in my face and neck. He actually said that I looked 10 years younger (may not or maybe true) I saw a picture of me during Christmas and my skin looked clear and young.. I could not believe it. I said something to my husband and he told me that he had already seen it. I will keep using PRAI. By the way, I am 57. I forgot to mention.
I have tried Prai twice now and have not seen any difference, I have tried Elysee and saw a little bit but not enough to rebuy
I’ve tried more than a dozen lines so far and still haven’t found "the one"
so I keep on trying probably much to HSN’s dismay!
You asked about a line for firming which is my problem, I’m a sagger.
Yesterday’s TS was M. Asam’s Vinolift firming line that targets mature sagging skin.
I got it along with the eye cream.
I was impressed with the presentation so here goes another one and I’m hoping it works.
I haven’t tried, nor will I in the future SSC because there are so many products, kits, and configurations that it’s mind boggling. I wouldn’t know where to start.
My experience with Elysee was frightening.
I still have the pictures I took that made me look as if I’d been beaten to a pulp.
I called the company for advice and was told to stop until my face went back to
normal then begin again 1 product at a time til I found the one that made me
swollen, black and blue and unrecognizable.
Like I was going to go through that again!
If M.Asam proves to be effective I’ll post again in 2-3 weeks.
Hope that helped.
Maybe the Prai lady can invent some sort of product to help Shannon Smith fix that one rogue eyebrow.
I’ve been using Elysee for about 15 years. Recently I took another detour into Prai. As before the neck cream had no effect that I could see. Whenever I used the serum and the face cream together my face would sweat it off. Returned all of it. Also tried the Perlier black rice serum. Impressive stats but no difference on my skin. Returned also.
I wish Linda Marshall could have more time for her presentations. Her delivery is so rapid that I only get some of it – usually it’s the old jokes. Elysee works for me. My favorite is the Pycnogenol. Helps me with redness and breakouts….yes, at 68 I still have occasional breakouts….my doc says it’s rosacea. I call Elysee’s business office when I need advice or want product information. Linda has answered the phone herself more than once. She is kind, funny, and has a comprehensive knowledge of skin care. She also responds to email. She’s a genius. I can’t explain why I try other product lines. Curiousity I guess. Elysee has always worked for me.
I tried Prai, had to send it back because it "pilled" up on my skin, like rubbing wet cardboard off your face, worst stuff ever, now way that most of it isn’t sent back to HSN, Cathy says the best neck skin cream sold on HSN, but probably should say also the most returned product too, if I had to bet!
If the cream is so good why doesn’t she use he neck as an example, her’s is not bad but not great and the newer model " that is in her 70’s" does not have a berfore picture they put up, isn’t that funny?
Think she has had work done professionally. Think Amy raves about using it for years, but ther is no way she could use that under any makeup on the air. Believe Shannon goes with Elysee or either they both say what they need to say to sell a product, plus has anyone noticed on some of the before and after pictures on a split screen in real time the before photo of the model doesn’t have mascara and eyeliner but on the after she does , so the model always looks better wether they are showing skin care or foundation or blush? Don’t know of any neck cream that is going to really lift your neck unless you haev been using it for years at an eary age, then your neck might hold "up" longer. Stri Vectin has decent reviews and the mall "beauty store" will tell you Str-Vectin is their best selling neck cream. Perricone may be good but just way to expensive to continually use, so why start? Does anyone know what color netural nail plish Collen lopez sometimes wear?
Neither would be my first choice, but of the 2, it would have to be Elysee.
I gave Prai a really good try, bought numerous products, they didn’t do a thing for me, waste of money. Elysee I like, certain products I go back for again and again. Stick with Elysee.
This is just my personal experience with Prai products so what doesn’t work for me might work for you. I tried their face creams and eye cream. It kept balling up on my skin. When I would put my makeup on after letting the product thoroughly dry, it would roll off in balls on my skin. Very embarrassing. I tried experimenting with it, I put it on thinner, let it dry longer and it still rolled off in balls on my skin. It rolled up in balls on my skin with makeup and without. So, I have been hearing wonderful things about Elysee can you please tell me what you like about that product line and what issues did you have with Serious Skincare? I currently use Serious Skincare but am cutting back on some of the products, not using as many products from the line as I was. Trying to find my perfect mix without buying 20 different things at a time from her line. For instance love the Glycolic Cleanser, don’t like the C cleanser or the Reverse cleanser makes my skin too tight and dry.
