DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HSN!!!!!!!
I purchased the nurse Jamee triangle facial beauty tool from HSN on 4/2018 for $159.00. It stopped working 9/2018. They said “ it was past the 30 day return policy and there was nothing they could do for me “. “Sorry, you have to keep a broken tool.” I have been a customer of HSN for many years, purshased a great deal of merchandise , but they could not refund my money. I am stuck with a broken , worthless tool. Thanks HSN. Horrible customer service!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HSN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing happened to me with Breathe Easy. Only worked for couple of months. Called HSN who told me to call manufacturer which I did several times who told me to call HSN. HSN has removed all info on this item. Manufacturer wants me to ship it back and they will send me another one but with USPS fees it will be half of what I paid for it or more and I get back an item that will possibly work for a couple of months?
Hsn told me to ask for supervisor at mfg. Btw I called hsn several times re this as well.
Mfg told me to plug into new outlet. I did. Not working. Then told me to clean it. I did. Not working. Then told me to reprogram a button, I did, not working. I then said give me a supervisor who told me they would have home office call me. No call ever came.
Was this item ever vetted by quality control before putting it on air to sell…then when the complaints start pouring in removing all vestiges of it’s existence? There are bad reviews all over the place on this item so defects had to be known.
I feel like I have been had.
Is there a warranty? Have you tried contacting the manufacturer directly?
