
Disappointed with Dimitri
I am disappointed with Dimitri, who I have purchased products from since he was on HSN years ago. My disappointment lies with his last visit to Evine during the second week of December 2018. He (and Evine) had various products which they offered on Subscription (Auto Ship). Why would he do this if he more than likely already knew he was leaving? Was it done to entice us to buy old products they were clearing out of inventory? That is a shameful way to treat loyal customers!! Yeah sure, we’ll be able to purchase using Auto Ship but just like Serious Skincare on Evine, we have to spend money to reorder and sign up again. Argh!!
