Beauty BioScience NEW Micro needling red light therapy tool, Any thoughts
This just launched yesterday on the heels of the Silk’n Face Fx TS last week.
I’m curious on your thoughts or any knowledlege of this new technique called
It sold out in it’s debut airing in the Beauty Report but today
I see now it’s on extended delivery.
Also for the 1st time Dr. James (Jamie’s Dad) was there.
Oh, but to answer your question…microneedling is not new. And I think this is overpriced for what it is. I really don’t think the red light part of this would help at all in such short time that would be needed for the needling. And, although, I do think the needling works wonders, it would be much more affordable, to buy the gadget elsewhere.
*You will be breaking the skin with this, so make sure you clean the needles thoroughly before and after use. I spray with alcohol, then run under hot water, then soak in a mug of micro-waved boiled water after.
**and I also read somewhere, that the Tria Anti-aging Laser was the rich people’s version of micro-needling…I think I believe it. But, the Tria takes longer and more use, but hurts less.
***By the way..microneedling can be very mild or quite extreme, depending on the length of the needles you choose.
****Tria Hair Laser: Worth every penny! IT WORKS!!! No question…it delivered all the promises the NONO! made and did not come through on….3 or maybe 4 years in and still no hair. BEST GADGET PURCASE EVER!!!
First of all, I must say, I am a beauty gadget junkie!…I have them all.
I have the red light in the LightStim: I think it does help & it is the absolute easiest gadget to use…I use it while I am online & playing games…no gels or mirrors necessary with this….so I DO use it. But, honestly, not worth the high pricetag.
I have 2 derma rollers (microneedles) from Amazon for less than $10 each: These make a noticeable difference in pretty much all my trouble (aging) areas…wrinkles, age spots, pores, and sagging jowls…but it does hurt A LOT!!! And you will be left with bad dry skin for 3 to 4 days after. Honestly, love these.
Tria anti-aging laser: Okay, too soon to say how I feel about this just yet, because even though I have had it for quite awhile, I haven’t really put it to the test yet, and have just started using it again 4 days ago. I quit using it when I got my next "new toy" microdermabrasion Silk’n Revit, which I truly love!
Nuface, SSC Egg, or Nutritone type gadgets that need a gel are not for me!…I have tried them, but I don’t use them.
I think it’s a little scary to do needling yourself at home. I understand the concept but if the needles are not sterile you risk infection and dry skin.
It sucks that they didn’t bring in enough for everyone interested to try. When they bring it back, they should do so at the same price. I’m very disappointed. 🙁
